Immovable property
Located at Pöörise St. 20 and 22, Tallinn; area: 1,985 m2; cadastral register number: 78405:502:0255; designated purpose: 100 % residential land. Upon purchase, the buyer will own a flat unit established as a result of the division of the immovable property.
Sales process
- At the conclusion of a booking contract, the purchaser will make an advance payment of 3,000 € in order to confirm their desire to buy. A concluded booking contract will be valid up to the conclusion of a contract under the law of obligations – up to 4 weeks.
- A notarized contract under the law of obligations will be concluded within 1 month of the booking contract and the purchaser will oblige to pay 10-15% of the entire value of the purchase. An amount paid as a booking fee will be included in the value of the contract under the law of obligations.
- A notarised real right contract of purchase-sale will be concluded with the purchaser after the completion of the apartment when the purchaser will pay the remainder of the purchase amount and the transfer of the right of ownership to the purchaser will take place.

- Vertical planning of the property, an access route, laying of surface soil for vegetation, and lawn seeding
- Connection fees for water supply, sewerage and drainage networks
- Connection fee for the power supply network
- Connection to a district heating network
- Building intercom system
Not included
- Any notary fees and state fees payable upon entry into property purchase contracts, establishment of a mortgage, and registration of property.
- Connection fees for telephone, communications and cable TV networks. The applicable connection fees are based on the price lists of respective providers.
- Kitchen furniture.
