AS TTP was founded in 1987 with Estonian capital and is a real estate development and construction company.
Our handwriting during our operations in over 25 years has always been the responsible development of real estate from start to finish. Ensuring the quality of buildings we create by using the best materials and the skills of professional builders. We know that the best result is born in constant communication with the client. This shows in the deep satisfaction when delivering the keys, both for the future residents and the developer.
Our flagship is the development of a 101-hectare plot that connects Pirita to Mähe and Merivälja, started in 1996. Today, this once inaccessible shrubbery has become Tallinn’s most valued modern residential area where each square metre is thoroughly thought out and planned to complement the whole. The area’s biggest value is the maintained harmony of trees and buildings. Over 1100 families found excellent homes for many years in 110 residential houses, 46 semi-detached houses and 67 apartment buildings, created with the involvement of best Estonian architects.
The same block also contains the new office building of TTP at Mähe tee 1, voted Estonia’s best concrete building of the year in 2005.
The latest big development project was the 7-storey residential and office building Kreutzwald House, completed in Tallinn city centre at the start of 2013 at F.R Kreutzwaldi tn 3. In 2014, four apartment buildings will be completed in Merivälja, Ranna tee 46a.
AS TTP has certificates of quality management system ISO 9001:2015 and environmental management system ISO 14001:2015.
